A Delaware stock corporation formed in 2003, registered and headquartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Advanced Environmental Resources, Inc. (AER) is Monticello Capital’s principal portfolio company for investment in the environmental and water sectors, and the general development of technology companies operating in the global economy.

AER’s offices are co-located with those of Monticello Capital.

 

AER is a stand-alone entity capitalized by and wholly owned by Michael N. Pocalyko, Managing Director of Monticello Capital, who also serves as AER’s chairman and president.

The business purpose of AER is to contribute to building entrepreneurial companies that enhance systems and services infrastructures globally, while realizing a high rate of return on invested capital. AER is a services firm and a financing entity for private investments selected by Monticello Capital.
